Health and Safety Officials

Our nominated Health and Safety Director holds IOSH qualifications in Health and Safety. In order to ensure we maintain a robust health and safety culture, we also employ an independent health and safety consultant. They are responsible for continuously monitoring and updating our policies, risk assessments and systems of work as well as undertaking inspections, training and assessing the performance of our staff and sub-contractors.

Training

All Independent Heating & Cooling staff receive full and comprehensive training in all necessary areas of health and safety to ensure the safest possible working environment for staff and customers. All training is ongoing and all staff our actively encouraged to be proactive in their approach to this vital area of the business.

Health and Safety Accreditation

Independent Heating & Cooling is accredited with the SafeContractor, and is always looking to expand its accreditation to other recognised schemes. Our systems and policies provide a sound platform for achieving this.
