QUALITY POLICY
It is the policy of the Directors of Independent Heating Company Ltd to provide the leadership, encouragement, resources and working environment that will enable the needs and priorities of the Customer to be the focus of all our activities. The company will install and maintain cost effective methods of heating, ventilating and air conditioning into industrial and commercial premises, within the South East of England. This will be achieved through dedicated experienced staff who are committed to further improving the level of customer satisfaction, working in line with guidance set by F-Gas, Gas Safe, and Oftec as appropriate.
The Business Management System is designed to provide factual information on which to base management decisions and ensure that each employee, both, as an individual and as a team player, can strive for further improvement in the service provided to customers. The directors of the company will continue to play an active role in the day-to-day management of the company and will maintain overall responsibility for the Business Management System.
The Business Management System, defines the following measurable objectives as a means of implementing this policy:
• Maintain the Quality Management System to ISO9001: 2015, continuing to develop existing processes through a programme of continual improvement.
• Improve customer satisfaction through enhanced communication monitoring service level performance.
• Increase the customer portfolio and improve market share through continued improvement and business development.
• Continue to develop all employees personally, and in line with business strategy.
• Recruit additional human resources in line with anticipated and actual growth.
