Founding directors Norma and Adrian Biggs have more than 30 years of experience in the sector; with a reputation for delivering energy-efficient, cost-effective, optimum working environments. Adrian leads the team of technical sales engineers, while Norma manages operations and oversees client accounts; ensuring customer satisfaction remains at the core of the business. Recently, we had the need for a new boiler for the heating and hot water in another part of the church. IHC provided a very competitive quote and carried out the work in a timely and efficient manner. The engineers were polite and tidied up after themselves.
