Are your quotations free?
All surveys and quotes for NEW installation equipment are provided free of charge. For surveys undertaken on any equipment that is in use and requires diagnosis, we will charge a call out fee/quoted hourly rate.
Do your engineers undergo regular training?
Yes, we operate a detailed training matrix for all employees, which incorporates industry related training and health & safety. This is monitored regularly to ensure all engineers stay in touch with changes and updates to legislation and industry advancements.
Do you operate an out of hour’s callout service?
No, as industrial and commercial engineers we believe it is not necessary to incur the additional cost of providing 24 hour call out. We endeavour to attend site the same day if the breakdown is called in prior to 10.00am if not the following working day. We ensure, where possible, when installing into business critical areas that redundancy is built in to ensure there are not on going costs to cover 24 hour call out.
Can you tailor a maintenance package to our requirements?
Yes, provided it does not invalidate the manufacturers warranties, we can provide package which best suits a client’s requirements.
What insurance do you hold?
We are insured for:
• Public Liability to £5,000,000
• Employers Liability to £10,000,000
What are your payment terms?
For all business entities we offer a 30 day credit account (subject to status). We reserve right to request a deposit
amount before undertaking any works.
